Returns and refunds
Customer satisfaction is important to Gold Star.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise your right of return according to the conditions set out below.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason.
The withdrawal period starts from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, takes physical possession of the products.

Return acceptance conditions
The return will be accepted only if:

the product is intact, unworn and unused

is returned in the original packaging

It shows no signs of wear, damage or tampering
Gold Star reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , unless otherwise indicated.
Gold Star is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred during return shipment.
Refunds
Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be made within 14 days .
Gold Star reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has been received and verified as intact .
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a return due to an error or defect attributable to Gold Star.

returns made after the expected deadlines
Defective or incorrect products
If the product is defective or different from the one you ordered, please contact us promptly at ecommerce@gold-star.it .
After verification, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
