Terms of sale
These General Conditions govern the sale of products through the Gold Star website and regulate the contractual relationship between the customer and the seller.
By placing an order, the customer declares that he or she has read and accepted these conditions.

The products on sale are silver jewelry and accessories.
The images are for illustrative purposes only; any slight differences do not constitute a defect.
4. Prices
Prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
5. Purchase methods
The sales contract is considered concluded with the sending of the order confirmation email , which constitutes proof of the conclusion of the contract.
Gold Star reserves the right to refuse incomplete, incorrect, or suspicious orders.
6. Payments
Payment is due at the time of ordering using the methods available on the site.
No orders will be shipped before payment is confirmed.
7. Shipments
Shipments are regulated by the Shipping page, which forms an integral part of these conditions.
8. Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is regulated on the Returns and Refunds page, which forms an integral part of these conditions.
9. Limitations on withdrawal
Withdrawal is excluded for:

products worn or used

products returned without original packaging
10. Legal guarantee
The products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to Articles 128–135 of the Consumer Code.
11. Responsibility
Gold Star is not responsible for indirect damages, misuse of products, or delays attributable to third parties.
In any case, the liability cannot exceed the amount paid for the order.
12. Intellectual property
All contents of the site are the property of Gold Star or their respective owners.
Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
13. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy .
14. Applicable law and competent court
These conditions are governed by Italian law.
For consumers, the competent court is that of the place of residence or domicile.
